How do I determine my correct ring size?
Since titanium cannot be resized like traditional gold or silver, we recommend being measured with a 'comfort fit' sizer at a local jeweler. You can also order one of our plastic sizing kits to ensure a perfect fit before we begin crafting your custom ring.
Can titanium rings be resized if they don't fit?
Due to the extreme hardness of the aerospace-grade titanium we use, these rings cannot be resized using traditional methods. However, we offer a size exchange policy for most styles for a small nominal fee to cover labor and materials.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Each ring is custom-made to order in our shop. Standard production time is typically 1 to 2 weeks. Once completed, domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Are titanium rings scratch-proof?
While titanium is incredibly durable and won't crack or bend, it can still develop surface scratches over time. We offer a lifetime refinishing service where you can send your ring back to us to have it restored to its original brushed or polished luster.
Will a titanium ring irritate my skin?
No. We use medical-grade, commercially pure or aircraft-grade titanium which is 100% hypoallergenic. It is an excellent choice for individuals who have allergic reactions to nickel, gold, or silver.
Can I customize the engraving or inlay?
Yes, we specialize in custom work. We offer laser engraving for personalized messages and a variety of unique inlays including exotic woods, carbon fiber, and precious metals. Please contact us for specific design requests.
